Model L

A. The Kady® L is a fast, efficient dispersion mill, with results correlating to the entire Kady® line of production mills. The versatile Model L has been designed to offer almost unlimited mixing/dispersion combinations for fluid/solid systems. The L can mix, disperse, blend, emulsify, aerate, deaerate and cook. Dispersions are made in minutes permitting same day delivery of samples.

B. The Kady® precision rotor-stator dispersion head consists of a slotted rotor operating inside a stator, and works on a theory of impingement. All wetted parts are standard in stainless steel; special alloy materials are available for specific applications.

C. Jacketed vessels for heating or cooling are standard, or use your own disposable vessels. Options include vacuum pots, sweep arm and VFD. Variable frequency drive gives you speed and temperature control and allows for simple agitation to high shear in one mill.

D. Interchangeable dispersion heads are available in different materials and configurations and are easily bolted onto the shaft.

E. The Model L has a standard batch working capacity of 3/16 to 3/4 gallons US; or may be set up for continuous operation with thruput rates of 3 to 5 GPM. The unique Kady® design guarantees complete single pass. Discharge can be recirculated for multiple pass requirements. Suitable for emulsions and homogenizing.

F. The Model L is equipped with a 3 HP motor, and is belt driven.

G. Requires only 1.48 sq. ft.
