The Kady Intl. Model 10T

A. The Kady® 10T is a highly versatile, top entry mill that may be used with a variety of portable tanks. Quickly providing fast, fine dispersions, this mill can eliminate the need for pre-mix; multi-milling passes and letdown in another tank. Heat exchangers, water jacketed stainless steel vessels and VFDs are available for speed and temperature control.

B. Heavy tubular bridge and hoist construction gives steady solid operation with 20 horsepower output.

C. The Kady® 10T requires only 5 sq. ft. of floor space or 8.75 sq. ft. maximum swing.

D. Normal operating capacity up to 15 US gallons batch, or continuous operation up to 12 GPM.

E. Famous Kady® precision rotor-stator milling head. All wetted parts are standard in stainless steel. Optional carbide components may be used for highy abrasive batches.

F. Use existing tanks, or allow our engineers to design and manufacture tanks to meet your requirements.

G. Fast dispersion often eliminates the need for water jacketed tanks. Kady®s may also be used as heat generators.

H. Kady® designed component construction allows for fast servicing whether in-house or by factory.

I. Oil cooling reservoir with built-in heat exchanger extends bearing life.

J. Fully guarded hi-speed drive incorporates quiet running, static conducting and oil resistant V-belts.

K. Swing lock lever allows mill head to be positioned anywhere in a 360° radius. Lock will not interrupt the lift mechanism.

L. Hydraulic piston lever control positively locks the mill head at any desired level.

M. Elevation control lever adjusts mill head level for proper liquid flow in various size tanks and differing viscosities.

N. Kady® designed oil reservoir and pressure tank combined. No other tanks or plumbing required as all necessary piping is "built-in".

O. Options include interchangeable dispersion heads in various configurations and materials; rotor-stators in various slot sizes, props and blades; VFDs. These options allow for mild agitation to high shear in one versatile mill.
