The Kady Intl. Model 100T 

A. The Kady® 100T is a highly versatile, top entry, high speed dispersion mill for large production requirements. With rotor tip speeds of 9,000 feet per minute, continuous or batch operation, fine dispersions can be achieved quickly. An optional jacketed unit housing, optional jacketed tanks, and optional variable speed allows for great control over speed and temperature. Eliminate the need for pre-mix. The 100T can also be used for pre-milling, which reduces the number of media mill passes.

B. Dispersion units and optional tanks are standard in stainless steel.

C. Heavy tubular bridge and hoist construction gives steady, solid operation with full 250 horsepower output.

D. New optional jacketed unit housing helps heat or cool the batch for better temperature control.

E. Kady® designed heavy-duty bearing spindle operates in oil continuously recirculated by built-in lifetime oil pumps.

F. Famous Kady® precision rotor-stator dispersion head. All wetted parts standard in stainless steel. Optional materials of construction may be used for abrasive material. The Kady® 100T uses 107 sq. ft. of floor space. 360° swing.

G. Normal operating capacity is 1000 US gallons batch. Use existing tanks or we will design specific tanks to fit your needs. The 100T will operate efficiently in tanks 4' to 8' in diameter.

H. Cooled reservoirs allow for visual inspection of quantity and condition of the lubricating oil as well as controlling the oil temperature.

I. Fully guarded hi-speed drive incorporates quiet running, static conducting and oil resistant V-belts.

J. Swing lock lever allows mill head to be positioned anywhere in a 360° radius. Lock will not interrupt the lifting mechanism.

K. Hydraulic piston locking valve positively locks the mill head at any desired level.

L. Elevation control valve adjusts mill head for proper batch flow in various size tanks and differing viscosities.

M. Kady® designed hydraulic oil reservoir and pressure tank combined. No other tanks or plumbing required as all necessary piping is "built in".

N. Optional tank locking mechanism available.
