A. The Kady® 25T-75 is a highly versatile, top entry dispersion mill that may be used with a variety of portable tanks. Continuous or batch operation quickly provides fast, fine dispersions. Optional jacketed tanks and VFD provide speed and temperature control. Eliminate the need for pre-mix. The 25T-75 can also be used for pre-milling, which reduces the number of passes through media mills.

B. Heavy tubular bridge and hoist construction gives steady solid operation with full 75 horsepower output.

C. Kady® designed heavy-duty bearing spindle operates in oil continuously recirculated by built-in lifetime oil pumps.

D. Fast dispersions often eliminate the need for jacketed tanks. Kady®s may also be used as heat generators.

E. Famous Kady® precision rotor-stator milling head. All wetted parts are standard in stainless. Optional carbide components may be used for abrasive material. The Kady® 25T-75 only uses 18 sq. ft. of floor space or 55 sq. ft. Maximum 360° swing.

F. Normal operating capacity is up to 300 US gallons. Use your existing tanks or allow us to manufacture ones designed to your specific needs by our engineering staff. The 25T-75 will operate efficiently in tanks 2’ to 5’ in diameter.

G. Oil cooling reservoirs allow for visual inspection of quality and condition of the oil as well as controlling the oil temperature.

H. Fully guarded hi-speed drive incorporates quiet running, static conducting and oil resistant V-belts.

I. Swing lock lever allows mill head to be positioned anywhere in a 360° radius. Lock will not interrupt the lifting mechanism.

J. Hydraulic piston locking lever positively locks the mill head at any desired level.

K. Elevation control lever adjusts mill head for proper liquid flow in various size tanks and differing viscosities.

L. Kady® designed oil reservoir and pressure tank combined. No other tanks or plumbing required as all necessary piping is "built-in".

M. Optional tank locking mechanism available.
