The Kady Intl. - Model OO

A. The Kady® OO is a fast, efficient, highly versatile dispersion mill. It is a standard production mill in miniature, suitably sized for pilot scale work or small production requirements.

B. The OO has a batch working capacity of 10 US gallons, or continuous operation with throughput rates of 8 GPM.

C. The Kady® Standard OO is equipped with a 15HP motor.

E. Water jacketed tanks for heating and cooling are standard. Options include pressure and vacuum operation.

F. The milling head consists of the unique Kady® precision rotor-stator. All wetted parts are standard in stainless steel.

G. Kady® designed component construction allows for fast unit servicing whether in-house or by factory.

H. Oil cooling reservoirs allow for visual inspection of quality and condition of the oil as well as controlling the oil temperature.

I. Standard Kady® valve with air or manual operation.

J. Fully guarded hi-speed drive incorporates quiet running, static conducting, and oil resistant V-belts.

K. Exterior plumbing engineered to suit the customer's needs.

L. The OO is especially efficient for low volume "special orders" that may be processed in less than an hour.
