The  Kady Intl. - Model OC

A. The Kady® OC retains low, minimum working capacity but with maximum capacity in excess of one drum. An ideal small batch mill for the large factory or a large mill for the smaller plant. With rotor tip speeds of 9,000 feet per minute the Kady® efficiently reduces agglomerates to their ultimate particle size, often in one step. Kady® mills may also be used for pre-milling, eliminating multiple media mill passes.

 

B. Oil cooling reservoirs allow visual inspection of quality and condition of the oil as well as controlling the oil temperature.

C. Kady® designed component construction allows for fast unit servicing whether in-house or by factory.

D. Exterior plumbing engineered to customer's specific needs.

E. Famous Kady® rotor-stator milling head. All wetted parts are standard in stainless, optional carbide components may be used for heavy wearing material.

F. Kady® designed heavy-duty bearing spindle operates in oil continuously recirculated by built-in pumps.

G. Tanks and dispersion units are standard in stainless construction. Water jacketed tanks promote efficient heat transfer.

H. The OC has a batch working capacity of 60 US gallons or may be set up to run continuously to allow uninterrupted production with throughput rates of up to 60 GPM.
