The Kady Intl. Model 2000B

A. The 2000B is a high energy dispersion mill for large production requirements. Large capacity and efficiency combine to give production potential in the millions of gallons.

B. The Kady® 2000B has the working capacity of 2000 gallons batch and up to 1600 GPM continuous.

C. Oil cooling reservoirs allow for visual inspection for any leakage or contamination.

E. The Kady® 2000B employs the unique precision rotor-stator Kady dispersion head. Wetted parts are stainless. Optional carbide components may be used for abrasive batches.

F. Tanks and dispersion units are standard in stainless steel.

G. The 2000B is equipped with a 400HP motor.

H. Kady® designed component construction allows for fast unit servicing whether in-house or by factory.

I. The Kady® 2000B is equipped with a water jacketed stainless steel tank designed to promote efficient heat transfer.

K. Exterior plumbing engineered to customer's specific needs.

L. Kady® designed heavy-duty bearing spindle operates in oil continuously recirculated by built-in lifetime oil pumps.

M. Continuous or batch type available.

N. Air operated valve standard.

O. Fully guarded hi-speed drive incorporates quiet running, static conduction, and oil resistant V-belts.
